Is it really free?
Yes. For qualified properties, we cover the market, the install, the product and every service visit. You provide a standard outlet and about 10 square feet. When we meet, we'll ask a few questions about your building to confirm it's a fit.
Are you insured?
Yes. Stokd carries general liability insurance and can add your property as additional insured.
Will residents actually use it?
In published case studies of Denver apartment buildings running the same model, 85% of residents used it, and about a quarter of all purchases happened between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m.
Is there a contract?
A one-page agreement. It runs one year and renews automatically, and either side can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice by email. No fees. We go over the details together on the walkthrough.
How long does install take?
Usually a few weeks from the walkthrough, depending on delivery and the wrap. If it isn't live within 8 weeks, either side can walk away.
What if it breaks?
It's monitored remotely, so we usually know first. We respond within 48 hours.
What about theft?
A camera in each inside corner watches every shelf. There's no cash inside, and the door only opens after a card is tapped.
